Same seed as Temp Chaos 1.3
Uses RandomSpawn and Simpleclans like Chaos 1.2.5.
Also adds ArcherElite. A plugin which gives increases damage of archery when the archer is either wearing full leather, hits his target from far away, or both.
Border: 2000x2000 (1000 square radius around the origin)
Nether border: 1000x1000 (500 square radius around the origin)
Scale: 1 step in nether = 2 steps in overworld.
